Flight coordinators duties are to quote charter requests, create flight itineraries, serve as a dispatcher, and consult with customers about schedules and other issues related to their travel. They may coordinate different accommodations for the flights as well. Flight coordinators need excellent customer service skills and the ability to coordinate many different schedules at once using specific booking software.
Flight School Office Assistant duties are to handle daily customer service items, such as handling incoming call and emails, and greeting clients and visitors as needed. Working with flight school scheduling software. Additional duties include recording information as needed, updating paperwork, and maintaining documents. Assist other office personnel with duties as needed. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerical duties, errands and maintaining supply inventory.
Required Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, with assisting in night and weekend calls and emails.
