I grew up on the south shore of Long Island, New York, near the iconic John F. Kennedy International Airport. As a young boy, I watched countless low-flying planes on their flight path and approach, which ignited the initial aviation spark in me.
Over the years, I have developed a genuine love for aviation and music, which are incredibly fun and therapeutic and can keep you focused for hours.
I spent a large part of my life traveling the world as a musician before the opportunity for a discovery flight landed at my doorstep about ten years ago. That was all I needed to send me skyward, and I have not looked back since.
While my love and commitment to music continues, my passion for teaching has taken a front seat based on the personal satisfaction of passing along the knowledge and experience that helps others realize the joys of aviation.
